About the comic:
Resolved follows two separate plotlines.
In the city of Rosewood, there are 350k people, give or take. With that many people and the crime that accompanies them, it’s easy to overlook a single English teacher getting mugged and shot.
Eliot can’t overlook it, though, because it wasn’t just any teacher to her– it was her father. Her family is now in shambles. Her mother is forced to find a job. Her brothers are completely failing to cope (finger quotation marks) “appropriately” (finger quotation marks). And Eliot doesn’t care, because she’s completely focused on getting revenge on the scumbag who messed up her life.
Meanwhile, Miss Colette Baker has a problem. Specifically, she thinks her best friend has a problem. Even more specifically, she thinks he may have a terminal illness, probably cancer. Watching his health decline and being unable to talk to him about it, she rashly jumps into action, trying to figure out just what he does when he’s not with her. (It certainly doesn’t involve doctors, unfortunately.)

Chloe is the sole author, illustrator, plotter, character designer, weatherman, fashion and makeup artist, researcher, coffee-run-kid, and hit man here at Resolved HQ. She’s kind of a little bit totally insane, and she is friends with a Pomeranian who can teleport. She also has an addiction to chocolate milk, which she is trying very hard to beat.
